1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 777jiji, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 777jiji platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the 777jiji platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any provision, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease all use of the platform.

2 Eligibility

777jiji reserves the right to decline registration or close an existing account if, in its reasonable judgment, a player does not satisfy these eligibility requirements.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 777jiji platform. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment instruments, devices, or IP addresses — is a material violation of these Terms.

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to update this information promptly should any of it change. 777jiji shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of its compliance obligations, 777jiji may require players to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before processing withdrawals or raising deposit limits. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID). Proof of address and payment method ownership may also be requested.

3.3 Account Approval

777jiji reserves the right to refuse the opening of an account or to close a newly opened account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, provided that any real-money deposits already made are returned to the player in full.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777jiji login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

• Do not share your password with any third party, including family members and friends.
• Do not access your 777jiji account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks where possible.

All transactions carried out using valid login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by the registered account holder.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Permitted Payment Methods

777jiji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and USDT. Additional payment options may be made available at 777jiji's discretion and will be displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

5.2 Account Holder Funding Only

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the name of the registered 777jiji account holder. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to a person other than the registered player — are strictly prohibited. 777jiji reserves the right to void transactions and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 777jiji is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed in the cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests on 777jiji are subject to identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible. 5.5 Currency

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777jiji may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is made available, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Household. Promotional bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address, and device. Where multiple accounts are identified as sharing these identifiers, only the first-registered account will be eligible.
• No Bonus Abuse. 7 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on 777jiji — including live dealer games, slots, Color Game, Joker Poker, bingo, sabong, and sports betting — is governed by specific game rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money wagers.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on 777jiji utilise certified random number generation technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. 777jiji does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform or against individual players.

7.2 Bet Settlement

7.3 Sports Betting

9 Prohibited Conduct

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777jiji platform — including but not limited to the 777jiji brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 777jiji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777jiji platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to any downloading, copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any platform content without the express prior written consent of 777jiji.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777jiji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 777jiji platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical faults, system downtime, or communication failures outside 777jiji's reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of account data.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any decisions made by a player in reliance on information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate due to a system error.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777jiji's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy & Data

13 Amendments to These Terms

777jiji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the 777jiji platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure through the support team.

14 Termination & Account Closure

777jiji may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including the minimum age requirement.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal use of the platform.
• Where closure is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games.

Upon termination for cause, 777jiji reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting 777jiji's 24/7 live support team. Account closure requests for responsible gaming purposes will be processed with priority.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. 777jiji operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the Philippines. You waive any objection to proceedings being brought in such courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.
